These changes aren't just cosmetic though, they'll have a genuine affect on the gun's performance. In the video we see a Kalashnikov rifle transformed into something almost unrecognisable, everything from the magazine to the stock, the sights to the grip, it's all fair game for modding. Naturally in such a hostile environment you'll need to be well armed, and it seems like Escape From Tarkov has you well covered in that department. You'll need to pick your side and make your way, battling with rival groups and belligerent civilians alike.
The game is set in the fictional, war-torn city of Tarkov and sees the player taking the role of a mercenary who managed to survive the initial conflict.
